Two of my most favorite trending fashion accessories, lace and pom poms. And it gets better on a blazer. I've seen this on some tank tops and maxi dresses and it looks absolutely adorable so if you're into this follow his simple tutorial. I've only ever seen the lace done in white, it gives the outfit a traditional bohemian style and it's a great way to turn a blazer into a cute fashion item.

Oh my gosh. This is so stunning and all you have to do is use a pre-existing blazer or top. I was going to make a shirt for my daughter using a pattern but this is so much quicker and easier. I know this is going to be real addicting to me. I am going to hit yard sales and thrift stores for my daughter and grand daughter. I remember these blouses back in the 70's.Super tutorial and nice pictures.

This is such a simple refashioning project that adds so much to the piece. I think the lace adds a romantic feel and a lot more interest to the blazer.

Absolutely a wonderful idea thank you so very much I love it.

Giving me ideas! Thanks!

I took your idea and used it on a plain jeans jacket. I added lace panels to the front, shortened the sleeves to add lace cuffs, and added lace to the back similar to your idea. I did not cut the jeans material away from the lace, except for the cuffs. Also, I added a cute trim with gold coins instead of the trim with the balls. It turned out so cute. I never got compliments on it before, and not everyone compliments me on this refashioned jacket! Thanks for the cute idea.

This blouse is so lovely and easy to make. Even I can do this. lol Thanks for the great instructions.

Today I saw someone wearing a blouse with back lace inset and thought" I could make that. I was amazed to see my email with your project featured. Now I know how! love it. Thanks!
