As someone who used to get migraine headaches and who still deals with sinus issues I can so see the necessity for these fabulous little pillows. I have already selected a piece of fabric for my sinus pillow and am about to order the DeTerra Breathe oil recommended in the blog.

I like this idea to use a silky satin scarf and make it into a small aromatherapy eye or migraine pillow. Easy instructions call for a filling of flax seed, lavender buds and lavender essential oil, easy to find at crafting stores. This is a really nice gift idea too.

I wish I had seen this pattern before Christmas because they would have made great gifts. Well there is always next year. In the meantime I am going to make some for myself. I have trouble sleeping and I find the smell of lavender helps me relax. Also I can make some and put them in my drawers. Thank you.

I love this idea! I have made some using flax seed and real dried lavender that I picked and let dry thoroughly. But I used cotton fabric scraps I had on hand that I pre washed for shrinkage and double stitched to make sure I didn't have any little poke through S with the seed or lavender. Heated up just fine in the micro, gave them as gifts and made some hand sized for the pockets! Great project idea!

I love these pillows. I plan to make a couple for my bed. You can never have too many pillows.
