Quilted CD Coaster/Mug Rug

From the Blogger: "Who can't use a sturdy mug rug or coaster? (Especially one that keeps stuff out of our landfills!) I'm sure you have extra CDs hanging around that could be put to better use. If you don't want to break them into tiny pieces for mosaics or jewelry, this is a project that will keep it in one piece. Make this project with old kitchen linens and an old sweatshirt, and you'll be doing the planet an even bigger favour! Oh, and did I mention that this is your chance to learn how to free motion quilt at the same time?"
