Wow these scallops on the hem turn this blouse into something so different and I like it. I can even see this on a skirt. I like the tutorial but wish there was a video to really see it being done. This would be nice on a childs or adults clothing. Great way to give that old shirt a new life and your friends will be amazed at how cute it turns out. Let's get sewing.
