This is one of the cutest ideas I have seen for refashioning an oversize t shirt! The peplum idea is super easy to fashion and it looks like a million bucks on! Another option would be if you have the top portion of one shirt that is fine, but the bottom is shot, and another shirt, with the bottom OK, you could combine two shirts into one instead of throwing both out, and get a new look besides! Great idea and super cute!
