Do you have a little girl that loves capes? Well here is one that has a hood like Red Riding Hood. This is sew cute and can be used for a costume or make it to use in cool weather for everyday. Once you read the tutorial a few times even a beginner can make it. Make it in color of snow white or other princesses. Just think of the joy this would bring to that little someone.
