As I'm just about out of plastic zipper bags this morning, I love that I came across this project! I am wondering where one might find either the rip stop nylon or the PUL fabric. I have never heard of PUL fabric before. Also, the sticky back Velcro for fabric!!! That is a game changer. Has anyone used it and then washed the item? I'm dying to know if it holds up to washing and drying.

Rip stop is not food safe. However, you CAN get food save PUL fabric for these that will take hot water washing in the washer and take dryer heat )

Now, these are adorable! And if you just want to pack sandwiches, you don't have to use plastic bags. Love it!
