What a great way to use left over fabric or old clothes that you can't give away. I am one of those people who wear their clothes until they wear old and feel embarrassed to put in the clothing bin. I reuse the fabric. The great thing about these coasters is that you can throw them in the washer as well. Make a bigger circle and make a placemat. Thank you for the idea.

These braided coasters are so much prettier than the wooden ones. I love that you can use or combine fabrics to make a colorful coaster and make it your own. I have seen these coaster before but never would have guessed they were not hard to make. This tutorial helps you through making them with pictures. How would enjoy getting these coasters as a gift?
