Christmas lights bunting that doesnt need to be plugged in! Glimmer felt sheets even make the cut out lights sparkle. This is an interesting and fresh take on the traditional type fabric bunting. The tutorial is super easy to understand too. Great to use as a mantel decoration, window sill or door decoration.
