Super cute and easy skirt. I love everything about this ruffled XOX skirt. I love the fabric used here. It flows so pretty and the tiers are so pretty. I have made a lot of these tired skirts for my grand daughter. She loves them. I usually finish hem on the bottom tier and then elastic casing on the top before attaching the tiers. Then I just add the middle tier to the top and sew then the bottom to the middle and sew and it is done. Love this tutorial. Anyone wanting a tier skirt should use it.
