Want a special gift for someone who is in charge of cooking for family get togethers to show your appreciation than here is a fast and easy apron pattern. You can change out the fabric for any holiday or just a pretty fabric. Change the pockets to whatever suits you and you can even use a pregathered ruffle or lace. great gift idea and for the new up and coming kid cook make a small one too.

This is a good pattern design for making a simple apron but I would make several revisions. The pockets are cute and ideal for representing Valentine's Day. Ruffles on a apron to me are not my preference and I would remove them and add a coordinating trim instead. I would also add trim to the pockets and make them larger. Overall the pattern is easy and the directions also easy to follow.
