What genius! This makes a darling design while being practical at the same time! I could see even using different width sizes especially if the clothes you are up cycling may have different areas of availability or usability. I am wondering how different weights of fabric would work? I suppose it would be best to keep the type and weight similar so it would hang properly. Super idea!

Just getting ready to go through our clothes to get rid of some things and then I see this tutorial to upcycle some old tee shirts to make a skirt. What a great idea and a super easy tutorial. I like this skirt it looks colorful and very cool. I can see this being worn with a cute pair of sandles. What color tee shirts did you find?
