Cute little girls gathered skirt and no separate waistband needed! Love the idea. The fabric belt loops help to guide the ribbon belt through the fold over skirt top. The fold over acts as casing and facing. Elastic is guided through the folded over top and makes the skirt top gathers. Easy to do project.
