These half circle skirts are so simple to make and real fast once you get the hang of it and fun too. You can make them any size from kid to adult by taking your waist measurement and the length you want it. You can even add a pretty bow in front if you want to make the skirt more formal. I like that you can use any fabric you desire. Nice tutorial and this is even easy for a beginner.
