The ruffle skirt is pretty however the maxi one seems a challenge with all those ruffles. It may be hard not to consider this more like a wedding dress in its maxi form. Still it is a simple tube dress or skirt and according to the instructions, very easy to sew.

This is such a great tutorial because it showed how to make this convertible dress so it can be a skirt long or short or the dress. I have always been worried about sewing the ruffles to make the casing for elastic but now I will give it a try. This does look like it is perfect for spring. I think I will line mine though because you can see through this fabric. Let's get sewing.Anyone?

I adore this look! Very light and spring-like. I don't wear a lot of white, but I'd definitely make this to try it out.
