I love skirts and even office wear doesn't need to be dull and drabby. This office skirt is a masterpiece and so for a beginner like me, this is a challenge. I was drawn to the ruffle detail and since I love high waisted skirts I will try and make it happen. All I need is some fabric for this.

My daughter just LOVES skirts!!!I also love this skirt it's classy looking and fun.The ruffle really makes this skirt. I have always liked designs that have a ruffle that flows down the side.I can't wait to show this one to her , I'm sure she'll have me making two of them asap.lol.
