This is an interesting skirt pattern because it does not have an elastic waistband. If you do the pattern correctly it should fit your waist and allow the room for your hips. I have to try it. I like to wear skirts, especially in the summer because it is cooler. You do not need a lot of fabric and it should sew up quickly. Thank you for the instructions.
