Oh my. I did not realize this tutorial is for a pre-existing skirt but what a great idea. Such a simple and easy tutorial to change the look of a skirt that you are tired of by adding a wide band of ribbon down the side right over your skirt. Looks like skirt was made that way. I would also try to make a band out of fabric instead of ribbon if I did not have ribbon on hand. Thanks for the idea.
