Gah! Great idea! I have a ton of fabric bags with logos of odd companies and this would be a fun way to cover those up and still be able to use a cute fabric bag. I would do some different colored ribbons, though. I have made ruffles with my sewing machine in the past so I am comfortable with that part of the process. Such a fun idea! Thanks for sharing.
