I must have this Slouchy Hobo Bag! The look is so cool and I have the perfect piece of fabric that I have been saving for ages for the perfect project. I tend to buy a piece of fabric that catches my eye and then wait for something that will be exactly right for it, lol. I am starting this bag right now !

I have made a lot of bags of all different types but I have never done a slouchy hobo bag but I will now. WOW look at all that room and a very attractive bag done with lace which I never would have thought of. This is a great tutorial on explaining how to put in the zipper easier than I do it and sewing the lace piece first and then the lining instead of together which I like a lot better. I love the way the straps are made too. This is an all around best tutorial on a slouch bag I have seen yet. Anyone agree? I will be making me one and a few for gifts. LOVE IT.

THE DIMENSIONS ARE LACKING, BUT WITH A FEW ALTERATIONS THIS IS A GORGEOUS BAG

I have made this back quite a few times, usually with a slight alteration in look and size. Regardless, the pattern allowed me to understand how to think about lining purses that you want to turn and not have the seams showing on the outside!! The dimensions are left to the sewer. The concept wwas one of the best on this site. Thanks.
