Oh my gosh. You just made me happy. Could not figure out how this was done. This video has just explained it so great that anyone should be able to do this knife pleat ruffle. This ruffle is so cute and I will be using it now that I know how it is done. I loved the idea to cut a piece of strip the width you need and use it for marking the pleat. makes it so much easier. Anyone use this way to make their pleat yet?
