DIY No-Sew Ruffle Sleeve Sweatshirt
"I got a beautiful sweater for Christmas last year. It's the color of oatmeal and has three ruffles on each sleeve. I love it – and that completely surprises me! I don't usually consider myself a ruffles kind of person (whatever that is), but this new trend is one of my favorites. (Can I call it a new trend? I'm emerging from the fog of newbornhood and have just noticed it.) I wanted more ruffles. But see above (newborn fog) and imagine where most of our money is going right now – not to ruffles, that's for sure. So I decided to make my own new top, and rolled the idea around in my mind for a few days (imagine a rock in a tumbler). It would have to be almost unbearably easy and quick, since the baby is currently refusing to nap anywhere but in our arms. No-sew it is! Read on, and make your own cozy, ruffled sweatshirt."
