So groovy! I remember making bell bottom slacks in some denim fabric that was red white and blue back IN the 70's! This blouse is so reminiscent of those slacks and is quite pretty! You could make this out of some quirky floral fabric for a real hippy statement. You could also embellish with some fringe along the top of the flare. Super pattern!
