I remember wearing these crop tops when I was a teenager but not with the fringe. I lived in Miami and they were nice and cool. I have not seen one in a long tie. This will be really fun for wearing at the beach with a long gauze skirt or for a bathing suit coverup. This is a good tutorial and so fast and easy if you have eve wanted to make one and the fringe gives it that pop. It would look good in any color or any floral,geometric, or printed fabrics and long or short trim.
