This is an elegant St. Patricks Day corsage. The corsage instructions could really be adapted to align with any holiday by changing the color of the flower and themed adornments. The pretty rose like flower is made from just one yard of wire-edged taffeta ribbon which gives the flower a realistic shape, some babys breath and leaves from other silk florals. Easy to make too.

A great way to wear something green and this is so cute too. I did not know you could pull the wires on one side of the wired ribbon to gather it. This is good to know and so quick and easy. I love how you can decorate the corsage with your own trimmings to give it your special touch so it is your creation. Get enough to make an extra or two since your friends will want one too. This is also great to make in a color ribbon for a special event like a prom or wedding. Thanks for the tutorial.
