This is a great way to make skirts. I make mine from fabric but I cut the strips the same way and it goes so fast. My grand daughter loves them. This is a great way for a beginner to learn right from the start. They turn out so cute. I love the colors that is used on this skirt. Makes it the perfect St. Patrick's Day colors. Match it with a green shirt or T shirt and you are ready for to go .Simple, quick and easy. You will be making a lot of these skirts.
