This is such a great idea to use up those quilt scraps that we all hate to throw away. Make a patchwork doll quilt with this easy to follow tutorial. Give one to all the girls in your family for their dolls. Add some lace or ribbon or sparkle. You can assemble it and just have the front and back to be sewn together so she can do it herself.
