I have seen these ruffled pillows used as bedroom decoration and wondered how hard it would be to duplicate. Following the instructions, I made the ruffled strips and attached them to a pillow cover in no time at all. I used a ready-made pillow form so the pillow would retain a nice squared-off shape.
