Oh my word, who know it could be so quick and so easy to spruce up old pillows! We have at least 6 pillows in our home that are going to benefit hugely from this great tutorial and it is even worth it to buy some inexpensive pillows and cover them in the fabric of ones choice!

There is no truth to it when a person tells you that you have too many pillows. They are so comfortable and they make my life happy. I use pillows to prop up in bed or be comfortable lounging on the chair and sometimes even as a laptop desk. Thanks for the free pattern and hints.

Whoa, with only 5 minutes needed, I don't have any excuses not to try this pattern! I'm sure it will take me a little bit longer, but my pillows could definitely use new covers.

First and foremost thank you for all the pictures. Even though I have a few skills with the sewing machine, I think this project will take a few more minutes than five to complete. The tips you included are certainly appreciated. I love to use accent pillows in all the rooms in the house and here is a great way to keep them fresh. Perhaps a zipper to be able to trade them out.

These knife-edge pillows are super simple to make. Not sure about 5 minutes, but all it takes is just a few minutes to make them. Covering existing pillows is a great thrifty idea. Scrap fabrics make for great throw pillow coverings and spruce up a couch or chair in no time.

These pillows are so easy and a good way to give your room a little change for a little bit of money. I cut out a bunch at a time out of a very inexpensive fabric or some I have on hand and sew them all first then stuff them and then sew them closed. Sometimes I put different fabric on front and back so you can use 2 different pillow fronts or same and can change the look by flipping to other side. If you really want to get creative put cord or fringe on them. Great tutorial and a great project for a beginner.

This project was extremely easy. I made my grandaughter's first pillow.
