Far from being mindless I really enjoyed this project! So therapeutic and, because the squares are so small (mine were 1 and a half inch square), I used only small prints so spent a lovely time going through all my scraps for suitable pieces. I made 1 each for my 2 little nieces as quilts for their dolls beds and they absolutely love them. It was such fun that I am now thinking of making a larger one.

When I saw the phrase mindless sewing, I knew I had to check out this project! I never thought of using smaller pieces,like this, but it looks great, and it iS a scrap buster! I suppose if you really were industrious, you could make several,of these and then put them together for a sofa throw, or even keep,going until you had a full sized quilt!
