This Happy and Scrappy BLocks quilt is going to be just perfect as my very first quilting project. And I just love that it uses scraps and offcuts because I certainly do not have a shortage of those ). I have been putting off starting a quilt because I didn't really know how to begin but the tutorial is really good so I am raring to go!
