"The cold won't bother anyone wearing this no-sew Elsa hoodie. Bring the ice queen and magic of Disney's Frozen to life with this adorable DIY project that transforms a regular zip-up hoodie into the signature dress worn by Elsa in the first movie.
A character hoodie is a great way to take part in some costumed fun without the challenges of wearing an actual costume around. Recreate this DIY No-Sew Elsa hoodie just in time for this year's premiere of Frozen 2!"
