    • Light blue zip-up hoodie
    • Felt fabric ā€“ yellow, blue, white
    • Iron-on vinyl ā€“ silver
    • Xacto knife or cutting machine
    • Heat nā€™ bond
    • Iron
    • Air erase pen or chalk
    • Elsa Hoodie Template (PDF)

    Instructions

    1. Trace out the white pattern in felt for the front. Adhere to hoodie.

    2. Create the double-curved design with the blue felt. Adhere to hoodie. These will cover the pocket holes but you can cut slits to allow access.

    3. Use the template to create the components of the braid. Cut it out of yellow felt.

    4. Cover the hood with yellow felt. Adhere it to the hoodie. Put the braid together.

    5. Attach the brain to the shoulder of the hoodie.

    6. Cut out details on the vinyl.

    7. Adhere the snowflakes and stars to the blue part of the dress.

    8. Adhere the crown to the hood.

    9. Make any additional adjustments and you're all done!
