If you plan on having some little ones in your car this summer, this project is an absolute necessity. Created with a fat quarter, this sun shade suctions onto the window of your car with a suction cup. This makes it easily removable and a quick clean if it gets dirty.

I wish I had thought of this when my kids were little. Just two fat quarters of fabric, some ponytail elastic and 4 plastic suction cups with hooks are needed to make this car fabric shade. This is a great scrap fabric project and perfect too as a baby shower gift!
