I don't think you can get a front, back and long sleeves out of 1 yard of fabric... Has anyone tried?

Would be nice to have an actual pattern as I have nothing like this in my closet.

I like the style. I'll do a search of my closet to see if anything I have could work as a pattern. Has anyone tried this with fabric that isn't striped?
