This is a perfect coat/jacket for any one with little time and a need for a cover-up. No linings, buttons, pockets or front closure makes this an easy sew. Instructions call for a little more than 2 yards to make this swing coat and I like the speed with which it could be sewn.

I love this coat it's very Elle Woods! I've never sewn with neoprene fabric before. It seems like you would have to use a very specific needle when sewing it, but I've seen so many cute garments made with neoprene that I definitely want to give it a try.
