Covering a window or bench seat cushion to have the fabric taut can be an issue however this tutorial explains how to wrap the foam cushion like a present and then fold and hand sew the ends. The fabric selvage is used as a finished long edge for this envelop style cushion so there is really no need to machine sew. I like it!
