I have made a few pennant banners in the past and struggled with how to make the best use of the various fabric choices I made. The tutorial and accompanying photos for this article show a cutting guide for one yard of fabric that is really very useful. An alternative pre-packaged fold-over binding in a coordinating color can be used to speed up connecting the pennants too.
