This little fellow is so cool and our youngest son, who is totally nuts about elephants, is going to LOVE it for his room. The pattern is really simple and the instructions are very easy to follow. I have an idea to make a few small ones too to be stocking fillers for young ones.

An elephant doorstop! This is so adorable. I have one door with the annoying habit of slowly creeping closed. This doorstop would be just perfect to it from closing. Would have to make more than one as this little elephant is perfect as a childs toy or to dress up a nursery.

This door stop is the cutest I have seen in a long time. It would work just as a stuffed toy as the author suggests, but I like it as a doorstop and/or hostess gift. It's versatile because you can match your hostess' decor. I have several friends who love hand made items and this will make wonderful surprises for them.
