I have made several of these and they are really impressive as a gift! So easy to sew and put together. An added embellishment, I attached bias fabric covered cord around the edge easily by including it on top of the seam allowance edges as it was requested by the person I was making them for. Turned out great! Also added a bolster pillow. I could see these with some fringe or pompom trim for a less formal look.
