Autumn DIY Chair Skirt

"My chair was torn and it needed a fix, but I wanted something pretty as well. Using a blend of sewing and fusible webbing, I was able to create this pretty custom skirt for my kitchen wing chair. The sewing is very basic, so even a beginner could complete this project with ease. It was done in an afternoon and I only used old fabric scraps to create it."
