Easy peasy and a great impact! Love this simple and fun creative idea! I think an alternative would be to use heavy duty transparent fish line around the neck and tohang it, so it wouldn't be so obvious and look like its flying, another option is to dip the fabric in some glow in the dark or florescent fabric paint, or streak it, then shine a black light on it! Fun and creative idea!

Cute simple ghostie from tulle. I have made my share of Halloween ghosts in years past from old bedsheets or pieces of muslin however when made of layers of tulle or scraps of organza the ghosts take on a more translucent appearance. Easy to make. Very quick and simple to do Halloween project.
