From the blogger: "The Halloween Mermaid Costume is made from Lycra, jersey, and chiffon, although you can use any stretch material. The tutorial shows you how to make the fishtail skirt and a crop top that can be decorated any way you like. This costume is really comfortable to wear as it's stretchy and can be worn with a bra. It should take an intermediate sewer 4 to 5 hours to complete. Plastic shells, a string of beads, and a starfish clip were bought separately to add on to the top."
