What a great little cutie cat! Making this in the traditional black fabric is great for Halloween but the black and white chevron really gives this little critter some punch! You could also use this pattern with a more traditional fabric for any time of year and even create a little face on this feline with some embroidered whiskers, nose and eyes, or if your kid is older, some googly eyes! Great idea and pattern! Thanks for sharing your creativity!

I love this chevron striped cat and solid black cat softie. They will be perfect to hang out with a few friendly or scary faced carved pumpkins. The instructions (free .pdf to download and print) indicate that this cat pattern is so easy to sew. Just cut out two, stitch right-sides together, clip seam allowance, turn, stuff and tie with a pretty bow. Perfect!
