I have made some of these designs for local 'silent auctions' in Traverse City is the the area. I have donated various items, many with a cherry design siince CHERRY CAPITOL of the nation, and have donated to to local auctions. To me, it is so rewarding to see the proceeds going to local agencies. I have lost track of how many simple items I have made, but the rewards seriously oughtweigh the minimal costs of the priojects (AND if I can promote local cherries, more the benefit!) While I do sewing and mending/patching for friends, the donated items are so much more rewardking! GmaBobbye
