Hard to imagine that tiny scraps of fabric pieces and leftover bits of thread that hardly seem worth saving can be made into charming greeting cards. The bits and pieces sandwiched between water-soluble stabilizer works like magic to create a stable base of fabric. I like this upcycle project. Nothing wasted at all.
