This waistband bow skirt is something I have not seen but it is beautiful. So different from any waistband I have done. I love the way the skirt flows looks light and airy. I can see this being worn dressed up or down depending with top and shoes you were with it. Also looks like a great skirt to wear to the beach with sandles. Great tutorial. How many ladies are going to make one or two for the beach?
