I make tiered skirts for my grand daughter all the time she loves them but never thought to use one under her skirt. This is so super cute. I have never used more than 3 tiers but I like this and I do like the pleats on bottom. This tutorial is so easy. I only have one question. Did you finish the top of skirt ?I did not see it and I looked at tutorial twice.
