This does look like a cozy skirt and I love the pockets gives it a airy look. Love the way the tutorial told how to put on the waistband by gathering skirt first.I did find it a little confusing though on the side seams but I think as you follow with your cut fabric it will be easier. My grand daughter will love this skirt so I will have to make one for her. Anyone have trouble with this?
