This panel party skirt is BEAUTIFUL and so easy with this tutorial. I love the stripes going down and to use leftover fabric is really great. I have got to make some of these for my grand daughter and maybe one for daughter-in-law if I have any long enough leftovers. This skirt looks like it would be so light and airy for summer. I think I will make it without the drawstring though. Anyone make any?
