My daughter-in-law has been wanting one of these skirts with lace over the skirt but I knew if I used the elastic waist it would be very bulky and hard to put the elastic in so I did not know how to finish it. This is such a great and easy tutorial. Everyone needs to see this. Thanks. Can you use a smaller lace so the waistband is not as high?
